Privacy Policy
Last updated October 18, 2026.
This policy explains what information Neon Vibe Zone collects, how we use it, and the choices and rights available to you, including rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).
Plain-language summary. We collect the minimum information needed to run a social casino-style entertainment site, keep member profiles safe, and follow the law. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. There is no store on the Site, so we do not collect payment-card numbers.
1 · Who we are
Neon Vibe Zone ("we", "us", or "our") operates a pure social casino site that offers casino-style games for entertainment only. We do not offer real-money gambling, sweepstakes, prizes, or cash redemption. Privacy contact: [email protected].
2 · Information we collect
We collect information in the following categories, using the categories defined by the CCPA:
- Identifiers. Name, email address, phone number, and a member id derived from your email.
- Account information. Your name, age confirmation, and the state you select at sign-up. Sign-in uses a one-time email code. We do not store a password.
- Activity on this browser. Virtual coin balance, refill time, and pause time. This data has no monetary value and is stored on your device so the rooms can run.
- Device and technical data. If the Site is hosted, the server receives the usual request data needed to deliver the page and the email code. We use the state you select, not precise location, to apply the access rules.
- Communications. Messages you send through the contact form.
- Cookie and localStorage data. As described in the Cookie Policy, including age confirmation, local coin balance, and your cookie choice.
We do not collect Social Security numbers, driver's licence numbers, payment-card numbers, biometric data, health information, or precise geolocation. There is nothing to buy, so we do not ask a payment processor for a card.
3 · How we use information
- To create your member profile on this browser and confirm the email code.
- To enforce the 21+ age requirement and the state restrictions.
- To operate the rooms, including the virtual coin balance stored on your device.
- To detect misuse, automated sign-ups, and repeated code requests.
- To answer support, privacy, and responsible-play messages.
- To send the one-time sign-in code. We do not send promotional email unless you ask us to reply.
- To comply with applicable law.
4 · How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only as follows:
- Email delivery. When this Site is hosted, the one-time code is sent from [email protected], through our Google Workspace mail service when it is configured, to the email address you provide. The server stores a hash of the code, not the code itself.
- Legal compliance. Courts, regulators, or law enforcement when the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of members or the public.
- Business transfers. A successor if the Site is transferred. We will tell you before your information becomes subject to a materially different privacy policy.
5 · Cookies and similar technologies
We use localStorage to remember your age confirmation, member profile, virtual coin balance, and cookie choice. After you confirm the email code, a first-party cookie keeps you signed in so you can return and play. See the Cookie Policy. You can change your choice with Cookie settings in the footer.
6 · Security
Email codes are stored as hashes when PHP hosting is used. Pages are served over the connection your host provides. No method of storage is perfect. If a breach affects your rights, we will notify you as the law requires. Do not send identity documents; we do not need them.
7 · Children
The Site is for people 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If you believe a younger person submitted information, email [email protected] and we will delete the member record.
8 · Retention
Information stored in this browser stays until you clear it. A hosted email-code record lasts only for the 10-minute verification window and for abuse prevention. A successful member email may be kept for up to 12 months so a returning address can be recognised, and no longer than three years for legal or dispute needs. You may ask for deletion as described below.
9 · Your choices
- Access and correction. You can see the profile stored in this browser, and you can ask us to correct the member record we hold.
- Deletion. You may ask us to delete that record. We will do so within 45 days unless the law requires us to keep it. Clearing this Site's data in your browser removes the local copy.
- Cookie choice. Use the banner or Cookie settings. Necessary only keeps the storage the Site needs to run.
